Positive: Very clean, gorgeous views. Good location!
Negative: There were only two metal forks and then plastic forks, more cutlery need and plates. The knives bend when you try to spread butter! Very cheap! There was only one tea towel. There is a tiny rail in the main bedroom and no wardrobe so no place to hang our clothes other than the kids room. The mattress offers no support and even my 12 year old son when sitting on it mentioned how thin it was. You immediately end up sitting on the divan part. The bedrooms are so hot during the night and only have windows in the roof so when it’s raining you cannot open the window and it’s so hot! The hot water tank only lasted long enough for our two kids to have hot showers on an evening so we had to have cold showers or nothing! The £200 damage deposit I have just found out will be reimbursed in up to 7 days which I think is unacceptable. All in all a lovely house and location however due to the above it’s not worth the £200+ each night. The communication with the owners was good and they were helpful when the water heater had been turned down however there was still only enough water for two showers. We had a nice time but I wouldn’t return for the price. Very expensive for what it is.
